“…bored, anonymous, pathetic bloggers who lie”

Published by eclecticbird at 9:35 pm under Republican Edit This

How could I not lead with that?  :) In case you were wondering that was a quote from Sarah Palin in her upcoming Esquire interview.  Really the entire thing makes her look like a media slut.  I’m obviously not all go Palin, but I don’t hate her either.  BUT, and of course there is a but….she needs to chill out.  I get that she doesn’t want to let go of the spotlight and that she wants to be top dog or queen bee or whatever but if she doesn’t let up she isn’t going to have a prayer of getting the Republican nomination in 2012 (and why in the name of God she would want to run against Obama again is totally beyond me but whatever).  Seriously if she doesn’t back off she’s not going to give people a chance to forget her…kind of like breaking up with your boyfriend.  You know they suck and you are breaking up with them for a reason but after a year or two you only remember the good things.  She needs to quit being the crazy exgirlfriend and let us forget the hideous interviews and remember only the charming bits.

She’s like a John Waters tragicomic anti-heroine. Couldn’t you just picture Divine playing the part of the woman who dives into a national political scene that is way over her head, makes an ass of herself, and becomes addicted to the spotlight, clawing for any attention she can get after dragging down her ticket?

My favorite part was seeing Mike Huckabee and a conservative blogger on CNN claim that she’s really off base on this one.

I think it’s fabulous! Her mere presence drives you all insane.

News flash: It is the media tracking her down for the interview- not vice versa.

As for Huckabee, that twisted psycophant needs to go hole up somewhere and re-learn the lessons of the Bible. That is one messed up dude.

I’ve gotta say, I’m with Ginny on this one. I want an all Palin, all the time channel on my TV. I want the world exposed to her as much as possible, whenever possible. The more we see of her, the more we’ll become aware of just how screwed up she is- that’s something money could never buy.
