Otherwise, these agencies we pay for wont be earning their checks. How is one to ascertain whether or not someone is serious or a nut case or both? This guy needs comprehensive psychological help and all threats he made need to taken with a grain of salt. As for his arrest, I believe he should be evaluated for treatment and sent to the appropriate hospital, not facing five years in the slammer.
