Palin 2012 or 2016?

Published by eclecticbird at 9:20 pm under Republican Edit This

I’ve been reading a lot about the possibility that Palin wants a national career in politics and that she is going to go through any “open doors” that she sees.  People are acting like (and she has alluded to the possibility) that she will run in 2012.

I think that would be a BIG mistake for her.  Why?  (and no lefties, you don’t get to jump in here and say b/c we don’t want a Barbie for president) I think it would be a mistake for her because Obama is still going to be rocking it.  I don’t see him getting outed in 2012 unless he screws up so royally that…yeah I just don’t think he’ll screw up that big, I don’t think he is capable of it.  Soooo running against him again would be career suicide.  She should wait till 2016.  She’ll be older and will have had plenty of time to learn everything she so obviously didn’t know when she got drafted at the last minute…her baby won’t be onstage at 11pm (I’m a mom and it ticked me off that she used him for a photo op instead of having that child in bed) and all of the crap that made her look like an idiot will be mostly forgotten.

So my prediction is that Palin is going to run for president again but if she is smart (and while it didn’t come off that way I think she probably is) she’ll wait till 2016.

I really hope she does run. John Stewart and Bill Maher are really on fire when she’s around.

That one picture was from an ad campaign being run by the American Humanist Association. Their website is whybelieveingod.org or something.

And I’m sorry, but it’s been eight years now. It’s time for Clark Kent to learn to fly and put on some red underwear. I haven’t heard anything about this Robin Hood series, but it sounds socialist to me.

Please, please, please let her run! Keep those culture wars going…bring on the divisive rhetoric…America looks good in blue.
