What Is Up With Politics Today?

In this months’ Ladies’ Home Journal there is a questions and answers style article with Barack and Michelle Obama.  Wow are they a power couple.  They said all the right things and Barack is even wearing the notorious flag lapel pin.  If you want to read the entire thing you can go buy the magazine or go to the website. 

The theme throughout the article was women and family.  I get that it is a magazine for women about home, I do.  But I can only hear how important I am to my family so many times in an article before dang it I want to hear about some foreign policy and the economy and education. 

This article definitely seemed to be a ploy to try to get some of the Hillary fans on board with Obama.  He came off as a man who is all about women…will be interesting to see if he picks a chick for his veep.
